Directions

Step 1: Unwrap & Prep

Take the tampon out of its wrapper. Hold it at the base with clean fingers, making sure the string is hanging down.

Step 2: Get Comfortable

Stand, sit or squat, whatever feels most comfortable for you. Relax your body to make insertion easier.

Step 3: Insert & Go

Using your index finger, gently guide the tampon into your vaginal opening at a slight upward angle. Insert until your finger is about halfway to fully inside, or until the tampon feels snug and comfortable.

Step 4: Remove & Dispose

Change every 4–8 hours. To remove, gently pull the string. Wrap the used tampon in tissue and dispose of it in the bin.

Ingredients

Tampon Core & String

Made from 100% organic cotton, these are biodegradable. However, for hygiene reasons, we recommend wrapping used tampons in tissue and disposing of them in the general waste bin. They shouldĀ neverĀ be flushed, as they can cause blockages and harm marine life.

Wrapper

Made from wood pulp (Natruflex), this can go in your compost binĀ ifĀ industrial composting is available locally. Otherwise, dispose of it in general waste, where it will still break down safely.
