Rude Health Organic Oat Drink

An oat-based refreshing alternative to milk. Because oats have their own natural fats, they blend into a rich, creamy drink that's delicious when enjoyed on its own, but also goes well in tea and cereal.

This milk can also be used in place of cow's milk for a number of culinary creations when cooking and/or baking.
